Diversity In Action
We represent diversity
As a certified minority owned firm, diversity is a core value of Fields & Brown and is evident at all levels within the firm. Our diversity did not develop as a result of a formal plan, but instead from our commitment to finding top talent regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, disability, citizenship, marital status, gender identity, sexual orientation, and genetic information, or any other status as defined and protected by applicable law. We believe that our diversity enhances our ability to bring a wide range of perspectives and life experiences to the work we do.
